Information may change as my services, availability or business requirements develop. I aim to keep it useful and accurate, but a website description does not by itself create a coaching agreement, appointment or other contractual commitment.
Enquiries and service requests
When you contact me by email, phone or an enquiry form, please provide information that is accurate and sufficient for me to understand what you need. I will use the details you provide to respond, clarify your goals and discuss whether coaching or mentoring is appropriate for your situation.
A consultation request is not confirmed until I have communicated the relevant arrangements directly with you. Any scope, timing, fees, cancellation terms or other conditions that apply to an agreed service will be discussed before that service begins.
Intellectual property
Unless I state otherwise, the words, structure, branding, graphics and original materials I publish here belong to me or are used with permission. You may view and refer to the content for your own personal or internal business consideration, but you may not copy, republish, sell, adapt or distribute it commercially without my written permission.
Coaching and mentoring materials supplied during an agreed engagement remain subject to any specific usage terms communicated for that engagement.
Acceptable use
You must not use this website to submit unlawful, abusive, misleading or harmful material, impersonate another person, harvest contact details, introduce malicious code or test the website without permission. I may restrict access or decline to respond to communications that appear unsafe, fraudulent, threatening or unrelated to my services.
